At PawGlow, we want you and your pets to be happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

- To request a return, contact us at support@pawglowstore.shop.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned items.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- Sale or clearance items are final and cannot be returned.
